Asynchronus Learning Expectations:

Code Orange days are Asynchronous Learning days for students.

• Asynchronous learning means learning on your own schedule. You can access and complete the activities any time during the day.
• Teachers will not be teaching live lessons on Zoom like in previous years. They will be available to answer any questions during the office Hours.
• Classroom teachers will publish 3 hours worth of optional activities on Canvas.  This will not be graded.
• Activities are review of previously taught content.
• Encore, ESOL, Learning Disabilities, and Gifted activities (30 minutes of optional work) will be posted on Canvas for students as well.

*  Please Note - ALL SPED meetings will continue as planned via Zoom.

Inclement Weather Code Office Hours:

• All Mary Williams staff will be available for a one hour session during the office hours via Zoom.
• MWES Office Hours: 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
• Your child's teachers will post the Zoom Link on Canvas as well as send it to you via School Status.
