Greetings, Mary Williams Families!

I enthusiastically greet you as Dr. Natasha N. Ridley, your new Assistant Principal at Mary Williams Elementary School! I am proud to be a member of the Panther Cub community!

My lifelong profession in education for over twenty years has focused on educating our nation's children in diverse learning environments, with an emphasis on impacting the instruction, learning, and well-being of all students, families, and educators for the success and achievement of our children in school and life.

With a passion for providing equitable access and learning opportunities for all students and empowering everyone to reach their full potential, I served in New York's private and public schools. I continued my work in Prince William County Public Schools as a Title I Teacher, Reading Recovery®, general education teacher, adult education instructor, and teacher of students with special needs.

I hold a doctorate in education from Walden University, a master's degree in childhood special education in inclusive settings from Adelphi University, and a bachelor's degree in human development from Empire State University.

I am lucky to have a terrific daughter and husband who incredibly support me! I enjoy going on vacation with my family, spending time with my brother and his loved ones, listening to music, and celebrating victories in school and life!

I eagerly look forward to building genuine partnerships as a community with families, students, faculty, staff, and administration and listening to all voices as we continue to heed our collective vision of "Encouraging excellence in our diverse Panther Cub community!"
