Hello Panther Cubs and Panther Cub Families!

Welcome to another exciting year of learning and growing at Mary Williams Elementary School! I’m Heather Ultsch, and I’m thrilled to be starting my third year as your Assistant Principal. With over 15 years in education, I continue to be inspired by the joy, curiosity, and resilience of our students every single day.

Schools truly are the heart and soul of a community, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of the Mary Williams family. A little about me: My husband Craig and I have a wonderful daughter, Clementine, who is now in 6th grade! I enjoy board games, collecting and reading books, cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins, and spending time at Clementine’s softball games.

Last year, we celebrated so many achievements together—academic growth, new friendships, and unforgettable memories. I can’t wait to see what adventures await us in the 2025–2026 school year!
